A legacy PABX with high maintenance due to various unnecessary features caused this Hospital to seek for Faz Line to assist in streamlining its operational cost. SOLUTION:
1) Reduce the amount of channels on the PABX (via PRI lines reduction) required to accommodate the existing peak performance of the hospital’s PABX maintenance cost and optimization needs. 2) Adjusted their call rates to a competitive rate hence reducing close to 50% of the total bill paid monthly.
