2) Adjusted their call rates to a competitive rate hence reducing close to 50% of the total bill paid monthly.

Upon completing the above actions, the hospital was able to streamline their telecommunication system and that allowed a total 50% cost reduction from their existing PRI Lines rental & Final Telco Bills.
